The BM Office was created between the end of 2012 and the beginning of 2013 by Mr. MUGANGU BAGUMA Eusèbe, who has held the position of Managing Director since its creation until today. A Civil Engineer of Constructions, graduate of the University of Kinshasa (2005), Ir MUGANGU has worked successively for missions of control, studies and real estate expertise in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Spain and Congo Brazzaville. From 2005 to date, Ir MUGANGU has worked mainly in the field of structural studies where it has had to design several structures in different materials: reinforced concrete, steel, wood, mixed steel-concrete structures, FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) structures.  To his credit, he has studied more than a hundred projects, most of which have been completed or are in progress, in various fields of civil construction: villas, buildings, industrial buildings, roads, sewerage works, sheds, stadiums, churches, festival halls, conference halls, stands, etc. He is a pioneer in the DRC in the calculation of structures with the Robobat software, of which he has perfect mastery, and has thus acquired great speed and maximum capacity for optimising structures of all kinds. Currently, BM Office relies on the work of a qualified staff consisting of 7 civil engineers, 5 architects, 3 construction engineers, 1 accountant, 1 legal adviser, 1 receptionist and 2 drivers. In addition to this qualified staff, the BM Office relies on the expertise of a dozen external expert consultants, notably in the field of special techniques, environmental and social impact studies, geotechnical studies, hydrology studies, hydraulic studies, etc.
